+ What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every Model Model Hair Fashion item you purchase. If you believe the item you have purchased is a defect, we will arrange exchanges if the following conditions are met:

  • The original item must be returned with original packaging.
  • Only defected hair will be exchanged with the original receipt.
  • Exchanges are accepted for 7 days from the date of the receipt.
  • Items can only be exchanged in the country in which they were purchased.
  • Only the items purchased from Authorized dealers (local and internet) will be accepted.

There will be no reimbursement for the cost of hair installation.

Procedures of exchange:

  1. E-Mail us at contact@modelmodelhair.com
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Name and address (City and State) of the beauty supply store you purchased the item from.
    • Name, Style, Color of the item in question.
    • Price and date of the purchase as printed on the receipt.
    • Defect reason.
    • Attach picture if possible.
  3. Once the above information is received, and the exchange conditions are met, we will contact the beauty supply store you purchased the item from and arrange for your exchange of item. Per policy, there will not be a direct exchange with the company.

Please rest assured that Model Model Hair Fashion, Inc. is striving our best to offer you only the top quality controlled hair products. However, because our hairs are all created by hand, there may be a rare case of defect. In such case, please email us at contact@modelmodelhair.com as soon as possible.

+ I want to be a model for Model Model.

As much as we would like to use our fans as our models, due to logistical reasons, we can only hire New York based models. However, when we hold events in your area, you?e more than welcome to contact us again and let us know of your interest. + Could Model Model donate to my charity organization?

Model Model Hair Fashion, Inc. is committed to giving back to oursociety and to our loyal customers who made us who we are today.We will definitely inquire about any possibility for your cause butour company does charity planning two years in advance for budgetingpurposes except for emergency disaster relief work. If you would like to inquire further regarding your charity organization, please submit your organization? tax ID, non-for profit certificate and website.

+ I want to purchase bulk order from Model Model directly.

Unfortunately due to the policies of various Associations beauty fashion companies are regulated by, wholesale companies such as Model Model Hair Fashion, Inc., cannot have direct sales with consumers.We apologize for any inconvenience this regulation policy has caused you. However, we encourage our customers to contact your local retail beauty supply store and negotiate a bulk discount price with them. If you? like a list of authorized local retail shops near you, please reply back to us with your zip code. We will send you as many store names as we can and also a list of our online authorized retailers as well.

+ Has my style been discontinued?

We periodically discontinue certain items in order to bring out an upgraded version of the same style. If you E-mail us the style you?e looking for, we will e-mail you the new upgraded version of the same style.

+ How much is _ ?

As per regulation policies of beauty associations, wholesalers cannot directly have sales business with consumers. We also do not set prices for our products; the retail stores have the full authority to set prices on all hair products. However, you?e welcome to compare the prices of retailers near you if you provide us with your zip code. We do not supply samples of our hair, but you can visit any local beauty supply store to see the mannequin display of our products.

+ Where can I get tickets to your events?

Please visit your nearest retail beauty supply store to receive your free ticket(s).

+ I want to work with your company.

In general we have in-house hair stylists for catalogue or advertisement styling. However, when we hold events regionally, we at times work with hair stylists from that local area. If you? like to participate in our future events, please submit your resume and website address if any, and a small profile picture.
